FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
April 29, 2013
Lexington, KY - The application deadline for the June 2013 Emerging Athletes Program Regional Clinics is being extended to midnight of Monday, May 6. If you've been considering the EAP and thought time had run out, USHJA is giving you one more week to jump in!
2012 EAP Nationals winner Stephen Foran had this to say about his experience,"I'm so thankful and so excited. I think about horses 24/7, and I came here dedicated to learn as much as I could and to be as successful as I could and work as hard as I could. And I feel like it paid off in the end."
The intensive four-day clinics will be taught by some of the country's top clinicians and stable managers. Riders interested in participating in the EAPmust submit the EAP Application and required documents to USHJA no later than the newly extended deadline of Monday, May 6. Applicants are also required to pass the USHJA Horsemanship Quiz Challenge Level One Quiz, with a score of 80% or higher, to be considered for participation in a Regional Clinic. Don't forget to first submit your registration for the quiz at least one business day before planning on taking it!
